Water Rail-Mounted Inspection Robot

Rail-Mounted · Waterproof and Moisture-Resistant · Unmanned Inspection Across Pump Stations / Water Plants / Utility Tunnels

Water Rail-Mounted Inspection Robot

Product Overview

The Water Rail-Mounted Inspection Robot is purpose-built for humid, water-exposed water conservancy environments with slippery floors, such as rivers, pump stations, water plants, and water supply and drainage tunnels. Running on steel cable or suspended rails, it operates reliably amid standing water, steam, and corrosive gases. Integrating visible light, infrared thermography, water quality sensing, and acoustic pickup modules, it delivers round-the-clock unmanned inspection of pump units, gate valves, pipe flanges, and water quality parameters.

Key Features

  • Fully sealed whole-body protection for stable operation amid standing water, steam, and splashing
  • Suspended rail design avoids standing water and equipment pipework on the ground, allowing flexible installation
  • AI vision identifies pump leaks, flange seepage, and abnormal instrument readings
  • Acoustic pickup recognizes abnormal pump noise, detecting bearing and impeller faults early
  • Optional multi-parameter water quality probes: flow meter, water level gauge, pH, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, and residual chlorine
  • Optional stainless steel rails suit highly corrosive environments such as water plant chlorination rooms

Application Scenarios

  • Monitoring of flow rate, water level, and sediment content in rivers and reservoirs
  • Inspection of urban water supply pump units and recognition of abnormal noise
  • Unmanned inspection of water plant dosing rooms, chlorination rooms, and sedimentation tank corridors
  • Inspection of water supply and drainage compartments in urban utility tunnels
  • Equipment inspection in wastewater treatment plant blower rooms and dewatering rooms
