The Power Rail-Mounted Inspection Robot is divided into two types: high-voltage valve hall inspection robots and switch room rail-mounted inspection robots. Both use a rail-riding structure, travelling along pre-installed aluminum alloy rails to carry out fully automated inspection in confined spaces such as distribution rooms, high-voltage valve halls, cable tunnels, and switch rooms. Integrating multi-dimensional sensing modules — visible light, infrared thermography, partial discharge detection, and acoustic recognition — together with millimeter-level repeat positioning accuracy, they perform 24/7 high-precision inspection of critical equipment including switchgear, transformers, and busbars, eliminating the safety risk of sending personnel into high-voltage areas.
